Nutmeg Matcha latte


3/4 cup milk of your choice (we recommend almond milk)
1 tsp. premium quality organic matcha powder (1g)
1/4 cup warm water (70°C)
1/2 tablespoon honey or agave syrup
1 pinch of nutmeg

Put 3/4 cup of milk to a low simmer in a small pot over medium-high heat.
Put 1 teaspoon Matcha powder (1g) in a mug or other heat-proof cup. Slowly whisk in 1/4 cup warm water, then almond milk, tipping cup slightly to help create more foam. If you have a frother, you can use that as well. Sweeten with honey or agave syrup and add a pinch of nutmeg to spice your latte up.

Gourmet Vanilla Matcha latte


3/4 cup organic milk (we recommend vanilla flavored soy milk)
1 tsp. premium quality organic matcha powder (1g)
1 tbsp. sweetener (honey, agave, raw sugar)
1/2 tsp. vanilla extract
1/4 cup water

In a small pot heat vanilla soy milk over low-medium heat and bring to a simmer.
Then add vanilla extract and the sweetener to milk, whisk to combine. Turn off heat.
Meanwhile, heat the water and combine it with matcha in a tea bowl or mug. Whisk briskly until matcha is dissolved.
Pour your milk mixture into Matcha and enjoy!
