Smoothie bowl is what it sounds like, except that it is something much better! Be creative and use your imagination in making the perfect combination to find your perfect type of smoothie bowl. But it is and stays a healthy and quick option for nutritious and beautiful breakfast. Also, a great way how to incorporate some more veggies into your diet!

She says: I don’t drink a lot of smoothies, as they contain a lot of sugar. When I do, I surely prefer a smoothie bowl, which contains a portion of vegetables as well. And lots of different toppings!
Only a few ingredients
- 1 frozen banana
- 4 frozen broccoli florettes
- 1 teaspoon traditional matcha powder
- 1/2 cup of milk
- Your favourite fruits, seeds and nuts for the topping
Blend all of the ingredients until smooth.
Pour into a bowl.
Top with your favourite toppings and dig in 🙂
